Competition Rules

The competition is open to all businesses whom have been trading for less than three years and are based in West Yorkshire.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative

The Judges decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.

Any entries received after the closing date, May 31st 2006 will be disqualified.

Prizes must be taken before 31st December 2006

Only entries sent in a sealed envelope to Sam Hirst Business Link West Yorkshire, New Commerce House, 168 Westgate,Wakefield, WF2 9SR will be eligible.

Proof of postage is not proof of receipt

Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and we reserve the right to use the company name and the director/owner's name of the winner, their photographs and any work created for them as part of the prize for any publicity.

The prizes are as detailed on the website. Further details are included in each company's individual terms and conditions. To obtain a copy, please email either Design Identity, Anne Crowther PR or Janet Jones Photography to request a PDF of the terms and conditions. Alternatively, printed copies can be viewed at West Yorkshire Business Link offices in Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax.

Design Identity, Anne Crowther, Janet Jones and West Yorkshire Business Link accept no liability for any consequential loss incurred by the winner. We cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, defect, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions
